Awesome Autumn Ride

November 17, 2017

East Texas is blessed with a year-long abundance of color– deep green pines, bright blooms in spring, and showy leaves in autumn. Tamara Bolton– a freelance media specialist from East Texas and an avid rider– shared this ride with Ride Texas writer Tom Wiley. With crisp autumn weather upon us, this is a terrific way to spend a day (or a weekend!) enjoying the towns of Palestine, Jacksonville, Tyler, and other nearby towns. This ride promises miles of meandering roads, rolling sweepers, dense woods, and views. When you’re hungry, there’s Stanley’s Famous Pit BBQ– on Texas Monthly’s 2017 “Top 50 Best BBQ Joints” list! Saddle up and get ready for “Bolton’s Best.”
