The Texas Fandango is a long-time favorite vintage motorcycle event in the Texas Hill Country – since 1993, in fact. Presented by the Cherokee Chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America, the Fandango brings a vintage bike show, chopper show, and swap meet to the Gillespie County Fairgrounds in Fredericksburg. And let’s not forget the excitement of Xtreem Flat Track racing, all rolled in to one weekend on April 12 to 14, 2024.
A single $20 ticket will grant general admission to events all weekend. Military and Veterans pay $10, and kids ages 12 and under are admitted for free at the gate. Advance tickets may be purchased online with a $5 discount.
Vintage Motorcycle Show
Here’s what to expect:
Friday, 4/12 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Vintage Motorcycle Show is a “show and shine” event open to all makes, models and types of motorcycles that are at least 35 years old. There is no fee to enter. Swap meet vendors will be selling antique motorcycle parts and accessories.
Saturday, 4/13 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Vintage Motorcycle Show Swap meet 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. The Chopper Corral Bike Show is a “show and shine” for all vintage choppers and bobbers dated 1988 or older. There is no fee to enter. Bicycle Chopper Show for boys and girls ages 14 and under. No motors or store-bought “chopper-style” bicycles. Customize your bicycle in the ‘70s chopper style. 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Flat Track Races with amateur racers on vintage and modern machines, for all ages from pee-wee to senior. Mini-bike and Chopper Drag Races Swap meet

Sunday, 4/14 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Vintage Road Run 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Flat Track Races
Camping will be available free of charge for event patrons with tents or RVs without hookups on the vast grassy area of the fairgrounds parking lot. There will be port-a-potties, a shower trailer, and an RV sewer dump available.
