Hill Country Region

If you’re looking for a great fall and winter Hill Country destination, Love Creek Orchards in Medina is highly recommended.  It’s on TX 16, in the heart of golden triangle of Hill Country riding. They grow apples on site, and they bake apple pies and fried pies and make all sorts of delicious treats from their apples. It doesn’t get much better than this pie-wise, so we dubbed it “Apple Pie World Headquarters.”

Just look for this stone building and the bunches of cars and bikes parked outside. You can’t miss it.
