Get your team ready to compete in the 16th Annual Thin Blue Line LEMC Foundation Fajita Cook-Off on Saturday, January 31, 2026
Competitions include Beef Fajitas, Chicken Fajitas, Charro Beans, Ribs, Dessert, and Bloody Marys.
There will also be a Cornhole Tournament and a Fishing Tournament.
