Temple Party Drags 2019

September 28

Decades Before The ROT Rally or The Lone Star Rally or any of today’s big gathering of Harley Davidson Enthusiasts, Harleys have been racing down the Little River Dragway. For 30 years this event was every Labor Day Weekend, but now as all the Harley Freaks age, it’s being revived as a 1-day race the end of September to dodge the summer heat.

Be There Saturday, September 28th for this year’s Temple Party Drags.  You can come in Friday after 2 pm and set up, spend the night, and enjoy the races Saturday, then join us for the Party Saturday Nite,  stay over and ease out Sunday morning.

$20 Adult Admission, $10 Active Military w/id & Kids 5-14 This is FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. No Camping Charges or Extra Vehicle Charges.

In probably a confident mindset that he will win the race and get a good bit of his money back, Finley James Gambrel deposited $500 in the Texas Scooter Times Pay Pal Account to gain the Title Rights Sponsorship of the Heads Up Top Street Harley Battle at the upcoming Temple Party Drags 2019.

Now to be known as the ALL MAKES CYCLE REPAIR Fastest Street Harley In Texas Eliminator, this class is expected to bring some of the best action of the weekend at Little River Dragway. – This Sponsorship Money and ANY OTHER money donated towards this exciting class will be held in trust and be distributed by 60% to the Winner and 40% to the Runner Up. The $50 Class Entry Fees (less 10% like all other race entry fees which will go towards race expenses) will be part of the payout. Additional Sponsorships of this class can be made through the PayPal portal at www.texasscooter.com. The All Makes Cycle Repair Fastest Street Harley In Texas Eliminator will be run during the Temple Party Drags 2019. The race will use a 4/10ths Pro Tree and No Times will be shown on the scoreboards all day. No wheelie bars are allowed and both tires must be treaded and not worn to slick. Any power adder or fuel is allowed. Working headlight and taillight required. Bikes must be self-started by the rider. Time Trials will be single runs with no times shown. M4d is not allowed and anything else not specifically restricted will be allowed. Riders must wear full-face helmets, leather jackets and pants, gloves and above ankle boots or shoes. Pairings during Eliminations will be by drawing chips from a can in the staging lanes. EXPECT SERIOUS EXCITEMENT !!!
