All letters must have a complete name, mailing address and phone number for verification. Letters may be edited. We receive we may not be able to respond to all emails and letters but be assured that we read each one that is submitted per the requirements.

Events calendar submissions

Please add your non-profit event to the event calendar using our form. Events must be entered online to be included in the print magazine. Please send your G-rated, high-resolution digital event photos to .

Sights & Scenes submissions

Please e-mail your G-rated, high-resolution digital photos to . In your e-mail please name the photographer and identify what/who/where of the photo's subject. By sending us your photo you agree that we have the permission to post it online. If you want us to remove your photo, please send an e-mail requesting removal to the above address. We may not be able to respond to all photo e-mails, but keep checking online and see if you shot shows up.

Now Showing submissions

Please contact the editor at . Include your video's subject and where/if the video is currently posted so we can preview it. We'll be in touch if we plan to post the video to RT. If you have a video that is not yet posted to Youtube or another video sharing site, in your e-mail please ask for instructions for mailing a DVD or ftping the video to RT. Please keep in mind the type of content RT usually publishes.
